It is no secret that the cubs are in need of a leadoff man, since the departure of Dexter Flower this off season, through free agency. The cubs manager Joe Maddon, has tried many other option, including putting Kyle Schwarber in that spot. Enter Anthony Rizzo, to try his skills at the leadoff spot the last two games. The results, two lead off homeruns, making cubs manager look like a genius. Making Anthony Rizzo look like the greatest leadoff man in baseball history, let’s hope it continues in the games to come, or will manager Maddon change the line up again.
